LeAndra Archuleta MacDonald is a Director in Nexant’s Utility Energy Services (UTS) business unit. She is based out of Nexant’s San Francisco, CA office. LeAndra leads Nexant’s Innovation and Product Development  team devoted to incubating and developing innovative offerings and services across all of UTS. Since joining Nexant in 2014, LeAndra has led the development of several cross cutting offerings including behavioral program evaluation, “Test-and-Learn” practices, small business programs and retrocommissioning programs. She works closely with the Business Development team and Account Marketing to translate products and services into sales enablement resources and go-to market strategies. Prior to coming to Nexant, LeAndra held senior level positions with CLEAResult, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and ICF International. While at CLEAResult, she led agriculture, winery, and schools energy efficiency programs and increased revenue by over 90% within the first 6-months of employment and while at PG&E, she and her small and medium business account team exceeded electric savings goals by >20% and gas savings goals by >100%. Recognized as an industry leader, she is an elected member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) Board of Directors and Executive Committee. In 2016, she co-led the development of AESP’s first mentoring program, Experience2Exchange. She also co-chairs the committee that develops AESP’s annual national conference with over 2,000 attendees.
