Prior to selecting and implementing Nexant RevenueManager, XOOM Energy utilized an outsourced solution for its billing, back office operations and customer care needs for all of its subsidiaries. XOOM Energy decided it needed an in-house solution that would support its existing customer base, reduce time to resolve issues, provide greater access to data and help propel growth. The new platform would need to enhance cross-functional collaboration and help position the company for growth in existing and expansion markets by providing insights on new offerings that would be of value to customers.
